About Forge & Flight Holdings

Built by operators. Engineered for the mission. Headquartered in Fayetteville, NC — adjacent to Fort Bragg and the largest Special Operations community in the world.

The Company

Defense technology built from the inside out.

Forge & Flight Holdings was founded in January 2026 by two career military professionals with combined decades of operational experience spanning Special Operations, aviation, aeronautical engineering, and defense acquisition.

The company exists because the gap between what operators need and what the defense industrial base delivers has widened to a point where the mission suffers. We build what we would have wanted in the field — NDAA-compliant, domestically sourced, CMMC-hardened platforms and software that integrate cleanly into existing DoD infrastructure without requiring a systems integrator between the product and the operator.

Incorporated in North Carolina and headquartered in Fayetteville, we operate within the Fort Bragg ecosystem intentionally. Proximity to the 18th Airborne Corps, USASOC, Special Operations Command, and the MICC-Fort Bragg contracting office is not incidental — it is strategy.
