Export Control Compliance

Forge & Flight Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries comply fully with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).

Product Classification

UAS platforms, avionics, and software products offered by Forge & Flight Holdings and its subsidiaries may be controlled under the EAR or ITAR depending on their technical characteristics and intended end-use. Export Classification Control Numbers (ECCNs) are available upon request for specific products.

Export Authorization

Export of controlled products, technology, or technical data to foreign persons, foreign end-users, or foreign end-uses may require prior U.S. Government authorization in the form of an export license or license exception. Holdings does not export controlled items without proper authorization.

Restricted Parties

Holdings screens all transactions against applicable U.S. Government restricted party lists, including the Denied Persons List, Entity List, Unverified List, and the SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) list maintained by OFAC.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any re-export, transfer, or re-transfer of Holdings products complies with applicable U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations.
