Service Tiers — Bronze through Obsidian

Six retainer tiers from entry-level pilot programs to enterprise-scale partnerships. Tiers include allocated labor hours and a procurement ceiling. Unused procurement balance carries over at end of year (20–30% depending on tier). Labor hours do not carry over.

Enterprise tiers (Platinum and above) include a dedicated program manager, priority queue status, and a 24-hour response guarantee. Diamond and Obsidian tiers support embedded team options and dedicated inventory storage.

End-of-fiscal-year fund absorption: Forge Flex retainers can be structured to obligate O&M and RDT&E funds immediately with work performed over the contract period. Contracts executable within two weeks of award.
