Every Forge & Flight platform is designed from the ground up for NDAA compliance — not retrofit. NDAA Section 848 Compliance
All platforms are compliant with NDAA Section 848 prohibitions on covered unmanned aircraft systems. Full BOM-level documentation available for procurement officers and program offices requiring written compliance certification.
Blue UAS Framework Eligibility
The Aether-10 platform is aligned with the Defense Innovation Unit Blue UAS program framework. Procurement officers can reference Blue UAS documentation as part of their NDAA compliance record. Contact for current certification status.
Open Architecture Design
All platforms use open flight controller standards — ArduPilot and PX4 compatible — with standard MAVLink interfaces. No proprietary ground station lock-in. Integrates with ATAK, existing DoD C2 infrastructure, and the AegisEye Intelligence Suite modules.
Field Maintainability
Designed for organic maintenance by trained operators. Modular airframe construction, standardized fasteners, and replaceable components available through NDAA-compliant domestic supply chains. Forge Flex retainer programs provide ongoing parts access and technical support.

NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin edge compute enables full AegisEye Intelligence Suite integration — FireWatch wildfire detection, OverWatch SAR, and FloodWatch disaster response — without ground station dependency.

NDAA §889 CompliantThe Longbow-8 is the entry point to the Forge & Flight platform family — a Group 1 fixed-wing/VTOL used for operator training, proof-of-concept development, and capability validation. Identical architecture to the larger platforms means skills and software developed on the Longbow-8 transfer directly to Aether-10 and Vanguard-14 operations.

Procurement Guidance
Platform sales are executed through Forge & Flight Labs LLC (CAGE 18VF2 · UEI SUVKLZLPBJC1 · SAM Active through Feb 11, 2027). Pricing is available via direct quote — two pricing schedules exist for DoD/Federal/State customers and commercial customers respectively. Payment terms: 50% at order, 50% prior to delivery.
Platforms in the Longbow-8 and Aether-10 range are well-positioned for simplified acquisition at or below the $350,000 Simplified Acquisition Threshold — the fastest procurement pathway for qualifying small business vendors.
